Who can I contact if I have issues with registration?
You can reach the PENZ team by email at [email protected] and we will help sort it out.
Can I transfer my ticket to another event?
Our system does not currently allow you to transfer your ticket to another PENZ event. We can offer a refund if notification is given more than 7 days before the event.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend an event?
Refunds are available up to 7 days out from an event. Email [email protected] to arrange this. No refunds are available within 7 days of the event taking place.
I am a PENZ member. How do I access the member discount price?
As a PENZ member, you can most often purchase event tickets at a discounted rate. Rates for all tickets are displayed on each event page. Members need to be logged in to the website to access these discounts, or in some cases will need a promo code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards and bank transfers. PENZ members can be invoiced for events so payment can be passed on to their accounts department. If you have any questions about paying for your event tickets, email [email protected].
What happens if a course, workshop, or event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, you will be notified by email and given the option to transfer to another course or receive a refund.
I would like my school to host an event. How do I get involved?
We're always looking for schools and institutions to host PENZ workshops, and we'd love for you to be part of it. It could be a single classroom, multiple classrooms, or an active space like your gym. Whether it's for half a day or a full day, your kura could become a hub for PE learning in your community.
