Accommodation
As the conference is being held during the school holidays at the start of the ski season we have approached a number of accommodation providers who may be able to help you.
It is expected that the accommodation will sell out fast so the quicker you can book the better. First in Best served.
The conference venue is in the Franklin area out by the airport and this is approximately 20 minutes from the town centre so you can elect to stay either close to the venue or in the town centre.

located across the road from Wakatipu High School our conference venue.
- Single room including 1 breakfast $259+gst per night
- Twin share room including 2 breakfasts $285.00+gst per night
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellations of bookings up to 60-30 days out will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost. This will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Cancellations of bookings 29 days out will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. This will be charged to the credit card provided.
