Nikki is a strategic leader and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience across education, local government, sport, recreation, health and community wellbeing. Her work has included strategy development with schools, national sporting organisations, councils and regional organisations, bringing a strong systems and partnership perspective to the PENZ Board.

Nikki also brings governance and senior leadership experience, with particular strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organisational transformation and translating strategy into meaningful outcomes. She is passionate about the contribution physical education, movement and connection can make to lifelong wellbeing, confidence and belonging.
